Recently I upgraded a 403 unit from 2.1 something to 2.1(99) then 3.0(59) to 3.1(56).
Since the upgrade the client has experienced calls not completing or dropping when IP Office goes to make the call. The customer tells me he dials all 10 digits for a local or LD call the the display shows the number he dialed only is is missing some digits and the call fails. He hits redial and the call will complete after 3 to 6 trys.
Any suggestions?
