Calls Droped

Having a problem once in a while. Calls are getting droped after about 20 minutes on the call. We are running a Dual PRI card using custom 5ESS. One PRI is to the outside and the other is QSIG to 3rd party voicemail. I thout it was only happening to one person, but I just heard it is happening to another person two, but always well into the call. Any thouts. We are running 3.0.69. When I upgraded it seemed to have fixed the 5ESS issues, but I guess not. I was thinking of getting the Telco to change the protocol on the PRI.
 
I have not personally used it but I beleive the Admin 3.1 (65) that was just realeased addressed some dropped call issues on the dual PRI card.

I upgraded to 3.1.65 and changed the protocol to NI2 from 5ess. We are still droping calls randomly about 20 minutes into the call. The problem is that I can't get it to happen. I have the telco working on it, and am waiting for a call back from tech support. Any Ideas?????
 
Clocking is set properly and working, right?

I recommend having a MONITOR TRACE running, and the next time it happens, have them notify you immediately. That way you can go look at the logs and possibly see the reason for the drop.
