UILC cards are 2-wire, and the NT1 converts the circuit to a 4-wire S/T going into the phone. All ISDN phones I have seen require 4 wires. If you were using SILC cards, they are 4-wire, and then the NT1 would not be required.

Use Quit to exit
I have outed and rebuilt the TN as well. I will try your suggestion in the morning when I come in.

Ok, I am probably missing something simple. I have a CS1000, version 4.5. My 3904's are all version 8.9. I have CLT on button 27 turned on and can see 'Callers' on the display, however, the call log never logs any calls to it. What am I missing? Here is a sample TNB:
