It's the one you make yourself.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

Someone told me that there was a template out there that nortel produced at some time.

I know I can make one myself.

Always remember knowbody likes a SMARTASS!!!

But in your case I guess we can make an exception for jerkoff's

Thanks,

Have a great day !!!

AO, you asked about a i3904, are you sure it's not just a 3904??

Well, ACE,
I guess AOSupport is having a bad day, huh?

"a Customer Requirement Template"

I would like to know how Nortel would know your Customer's Requirement?

He sure know's how to get help the next time doesn't he, all he has to do as when he make he's next request for help, to just ask for me by name and I'll be sure to be there for him with the answer. NOT

Ace, obviously he didn't know that and that's why he asked the question. We are here to help people, not to mock them!

If you think I was mocking him in my 1st post, you are mistaken. I used to make my own Templates in the OTM for non CLI users like my Boss to use to make new phones. I noticed you didn't make a comment about his insulting remark to me.

And that was the answer to his question and and I got alot of SHIT back.

I'm sure he took it wrong, notice he's a newer poster.... We all have gotten to know each other through time, obviously that's not the case here. You know, there is enough crap wrong with this world today, we don't need a free help site going this way. AOSupport, you do owe ace an apology. I'm sure we can help you with your question yet also!

Apology? ACE needs no apology, he's meaner than a dog shitt'in tacks wether he is right or wrong....He happens to be right this time LOL!! ....that's apology enough.
Bask In The Radiance Of Your Glory Ace!!! Rock on!!!

I agree with Ace! Especially the "how is Nortel going to know your customer requirements" duh!!!! Common sense should kick in right then and make you realize you DO need to make your own.

Well, I'm not one to apologize, but in this case maybe I took it the wrong way. But in any case. If someone ask's for help on this site, you should always be willing to help not mock the newbie or just don't answer.

Anyway, I found what I needed.

Thanks everyone

All in fun AO, all in fun, we know his mannerizums, he rally wasn't trying to be that time!
