Anyone know of a way to do a console pickup on the 3300/2k that functions like the TAFAS on the SX200? I have a nasty feeling that it can't be done.
Appreciate any insight.
If you go into reports and then system information you will see all the modules installed. they usually have all the same software level. That will be your release.
We had the same problem here at a client in Calgary. We ended up having to uninstall the entire product and then reinstalling. Performing an upgrade or changing the sentinal did not help. I am not sure if we had to rebuild the database as I another tech completed the fix. It has been running...
The VAR does not pay Mitel to upgrade you from 6.1 to 7 at this time. The amount they want to charge you would I guess only be labour. Different VARS obviously do different things, as quite often we upgrade larger customers for free because it is in our best interests, but smaller ones...

Well if your class of services are the same as a working set on the 2k you can look at the voicmeail. You have to set a message waiting type in each mailbox. Check the message waiting type for a mailbox that works and then set the same for these mailboxes. See if that fixes your problem.
this is by design now. I believe it started when Mitel introduced the tenant forwarding. If you are above LW19 Rel 2.0 and feature level 3 you get this "feature" automatically.

If they decided to change the gui they will have to be careful about it or they will have to have a "lite"...
You can change the ARS unknown digit timeout in form 4 to a longer time. Default is 5 seconds It affects things after you have dialled a valid ARS code. Be careful though, because it will affect the time it takes a call to go through when you have unkown digits to follow in your ARS tables.
