    I agree with TLDuk double the PC requirements regarding memory and hard drive space. Patches are important, but if they are up to date you can still have slow response. Patches should always be first.

    BCM 400 3.7 RCC trouble

    All resonse posts are correct, but here is a basic tip. Date and time should be within 5 minutes of the RCC and BCM. Also check the down load call center page for all correct IP addresses. You can also perform the tests found in the reporting for call center troubleshooting guide.

    All patches and upgrade files were once left on the bcm hard drive after execution. Not sure if they corrected this but I would assume they should have. you can telnet in and look into the hard drive partitions they have folders labeled temp etc. just take it slow, don't get delete happy...

    There was a document regarding the Nortel RCC installation and configuration guide. This stated the memory requirements for each call record. I would check my hard drive, set up disk mirror and replace with a larger one.
