New to BCM

I am new to the BCM line but not telephony. I know my questions are likely in here somewhere and I plan on reading allot of posts and the NTP's but a few quick questions

1- Can you run Ip sets over a wan to a remote site?

2- Is there any other training options besides GK that would still be good quality but cheaper?

ITEL for training CDS for programming adminstration, I believe they are part of the BT company infrastrure. You would gain basic to moderate programming and installation skills. Lookinf for their contact info for you.
