Is there a limit on the amount of data that is stored on the PC hosting the RCC? Looking to see if there is a limit to the amount of data, and if it's based upon number of calls, or a timeline.

Thanks!

In the set up guide I thinks it tells of how much space is allowed.

There was a document regarding the Nortel RCC installation and configuration guide. This stated the memory requirements for each call record. I would check my hard drive, set up disk mirror and replace with a larger one.
