    I have used microcall for years. Depnding on how many users you have the cost is different. I Have 1100 extentionsand i pay about $899 a year for service. To get new site started they quoted me $3k to start up a new site with 500 extentions. I hade no problems with this sys. I would recomend it...

    I would first list the Sig groups and find out which Sig group is assosiated with the Pri then st that sig group. If that sig group is in service i would thest the Board see what errors you get????

    to change time you need to go to Unix Management, Unix date and time is where you change the time. you must restart the voicemail for it to take effect.
