The voicemail is about 10 minutes fast. How do I change the time to be correct?

Thanks for your help

to change time you need to go to Unix Management, Unix date and time is where you change the time. you must restart the voicemail for it to take effect.

Thanks. I will have to wait until off hours then. :)

Many people set the time once a month, then they do a graceful full shutdown to reset all the chrons in the Intuity. Avaya advises this now, at least every 90 days, but many people do it once a month cuz the Intuity usually looses or gains 2 or 3 minutes a month.
