to change time you need to go to Unix Management, Unix date and time is where you change the time. you must restart the voicemail for it to take effect.
Many people set the time once a month, then they do a graceful full shutdown to reset all the chrons in the Intuity. Avaya advises this now, at least every 90 days, but many people do it once a month cuz the Intuity usually looses or gains 2 or 3 minutes a month.
