HI I am trying to setup PIN code's for customer's to enter when calling us. I have tried this using the check digits action in VMPro. This works ok for the first code but does not allow me to do a list of codes. Is this action designed for this or is there another way i can do this? Thanks

There is a tick box in the system tab/telephony called allow outgoing transfer, give that a try.

Are you using a CAT5 lead from phone to power supply and CAT5 from power to wall socket. We had the same issue did this and worked ok after.

There is a feature in 3.1 called twinning if you use this with no voicemail on the system you can get busy tone but it's not an ideal work around.

Hi We have done all this and still no joy. It only appears to happen when the user comes in in the morning and there extension is logged out. They are using PM pro 2.1.10. It seems like it may have something to do with when the pc is restarted, any ideas on this? Thanks Dave Hughes
