I am trying to setup PIN code's for customer's to enter when calling us. I have tried this using the check digits action in VMPro. This works ok for the first code but does not allow me to do a list of codes. Is this action designed for this or is there another way i can do this?

There is a private build for this problem, we had the same issue and this build sorted it out. Contact your support team and they should sort the bin file out for you.
One other thing guys the customer has decided to inform me that when they turn forward unconditional on and leave there phone for about an hour it disables them from the groups. If they turn forwarding on and off within a couple of mins if doesnt disable them, so it seems that its only when...

We have done all this and still no joy. It only appears to happen when the user comes in in the morning and there extension is logged out. They are using PM pro 2.1.10. It seems like it may have something to do with when the pc is restarted, any ideas on this?

Has anyone seen the transfer button only act as a hold button on the DSS phones. This does not stay with the handset it is with the port. Have done default and upgraded to 2.0.18 but has made no change.

I have had the problem on a lot of my version 2 sites, it did turn out to be the wizard.Once the RAS,IP Route, and the user had been removed and added back in it all worked fine.
