    Upon further testing it appears that I cannot make FMFM only activate on ringing lines. It activates on ringing and appearances. Does anyone have any suggestions on how this could be overcome as I only want to activate it for a the single line that appears on a DN in question.

    I assume you have confirmed the file is in alphabetical order, correct? I would check the areas where you are having strange search results in your spdir0.csv file.

    Hello, I am attempting to create an application that we can use to disconnect phones once a user has exceeded X number of minutes. We have everything in place, just trying to figure out the best way to accomplish this. Perhaps disabling the actual phone would be the best solution. Thanks!
