Are you trying to connect to the other Server with local account or account of DOMAIN? if you want to connect with the local accaount than you must creat Trust relationship bitween all your four servers.

check if you have IUSR_SERVERNAME user in netware better to configure local folder with IIS all users will be allowed to view your web, Netware is causing authentication problems..

Actaully you can't run IIS on win2k professional IIS run only on Server O/S.
M$ changed name of IIS fro Internet Information Server to Internet Information Services in Win2K and added same as windows component in Win2K professionla you have IIS(PWS old name) and win win2K...
But remember you will have only PWS on professionla will enable you to host only one site on one IP if you wnat to host multiple sites with diffrent IP's you need to upgrade to win2K server Mughal saab..

Important to remove any antivirus or Zonealarm if you are using any before you install IIS actually some antiviruses and firewalls kicks asp.dll to registre properly, after installation again applay security settings i.e antivirus/firewalls.

go in control panel-> add remove programs->add remove windows components ->select Internet Information Services->click on properties adn check FTP (BUT THIS OPTION IS AVAILABE IN XP PROFESSIONAL)
