On the Feature 983 login you can, on the Call Pilot Manager screen you cannot. This applies only to my general delivery mailboxes. Big Clem

I believe that you will need to go to Telco features and change the 1st display to line instead of name or number. Good Luck Jeff

I just tried changing mine to a 3 prefix. I will follow up in a few weeks to see if the issue has ceased.

Verify you have the Telco Features, feature assignment set to Caller ID Y for the Target line.
