Yes, as long as the printer can be setup for that.
For example when setting up a printer in control panel you will get an option for lexmark tcp\ip port.........than it will install drivers and be able to print to it.
First go to machine one. Dial to your ISP. If it stays connected than goto machine two and connect with your browser. A browser doesnt "time-out" That is a communication error with modem and handshaking.
I think to make things real easy you may want to use PCAnywhere.
