cannot connect to central server

i attempt to connect to internet via Juno or Netzero
and i do get a connection to local system but then get
a message from isp that they could not connect to
central server..i wonder if i could be missing some
needed file or have a misplaced setting somewhere.My email
at juno works ok....

What program do you use to get this email?
What browser do you use to surf the internet?
Who exactly is your ISP, juno or netzero?

quess I left out some needed info..
I use Juno's email program , I'm running on windows 98
s.e. and use I.E. 5 .. I use both Juno and Netzero and
end up with the same problem with both..I have used two
different modems and both get same problem but both work in
my other computer...I went thru a resetup of windows 98
but did not that did't help..

Back from Vacation,

Have you tried dialing to a cell phone through Phone dialer in Accessories yet? This will see if you are getting out through your modem or not. I fit does you need to give Juno a call.
