    Are you using all 23 channels? If not, have you set "link status" to "near" on the channels that you are not using (also in maintenace heading). This must be done on a PRI circuit in addition to "de-provisioning" the un-used channels.

    When you do F986, are you actually dialing the extension number, or are you trying to use a KLM button associated with that extension? F986, you have to dial the extension.

    But only if you call your Telco (dial tone providor) and have Disconnect Supervision added to your lines. Without the telco sending you the disconnect supv signal, setting your trunks to "supervised" in the Norstar is useless.
