Call forward when DID called not working.

Hello everyone, have a problem here thats driving me crazy.

Have a MICS4.1 with a PRI circuit.
When an extension is set to forward to an external number (cell phone, etc) and is intercommed from another extension the call will forward to the number specified. However, when the Extensions DID number is called (when forward is on) the call is dropped instead of forwarded.

Anyone got any ideas?

What process are you using to forward external?

Re-direct?

Is your DID programmed to Appear & Ring on the set or just Ring only?
