Sorry I tried everything with the destination and routing, adding digits, removing them, keeping them with nothing. Turned out that the PRI was only getting 7 digits sent through and then release the call. Turns out Pub DN Length was set to 7...changed to 10 and works fine now. Thanks Schlum

Never seen that one before, but could they possibly be changing the slot on the expansion card where the NAM is connected, maybe when they try to add another module? This would cause your problem if set relocate was set to no. Schlum

Are you sure you have the proper DN`s on those buttons. The reason I ask is I had a similar problem where someone went in and named an ext with an incorrect DN #. Ie the real ext 225 was named 239. Of course 239`s button wouldn`t light up in use. The version I had the trouble on, only showed...
