0 and people who sit on the line..

For some reason when people hit 0 or simply
sit and do not select any options when calling
our primary line it transfers to extension 6002.
6002 is a valid extention.. but I don't know how
hitting 0 or doing nothing leads to it.
does anyone have any idea how I can change this?
we have a Nortstar modular ICS with VM4.0 and
a Cintech ACD. let me know if you need more clarification.

You can go into both of the following.

First, Feature 982 with a password of operator. Hit ok/next until you get to attendant set (or something similar) and change it accordingly.

Second, go into Feature 983, 10020000, AA, AA, Table, enter 1 (1-4 depending on how many different tables you have set up) and hit next until you get to attendant set and change accordingly.
