Guest mailbox setup - how? 1

I've set up a guest mailbox, but can't figure out how to make the connection work between the path 1 menu and this mailbox (i.e. "press 4 to get into this mailbox&quot. can you help?

You probably have that path set up as a transfer path. You`ll have to delete that path and make it a mbox path and enter the guest mailbox number. Make sure to disable the CCR tree first before changing.

I am going to assume you know how to disable the CCR tree (if not let me know). To go by your example enter path 14
MENU INFO OTHR will be your softkeys press OTHR
XFER LVMSG OTHR will be your softkeys press LVMSG
(some people try to XFR to a guest Mbox - cannot be done)
Mboxenter Mbox #)
Destination? - (where the caller goes after leaving a message)
Save the CCR Tree.
