Mitel Mail - Analog integration
I have a customer that has a loop start CO trk that rings to his prime line DN via form 14. Any calls to this CO line will NOT reroute to VM, form 19. If you call the set internally, the call will go to VM on Busy and NoAnswer. If you call...
So, you attempting this on your own and have run into problems. I would suggest getting a Mitel vendor involved. Mitel provides all their software to Mitel trained technicians free of charge... well, mostly. There is some software assurance programs, but those ones won't affect the products...
X2 for built in 9 pin serial port! I like a laptop that has a cd/dvd writer too. Helps when customers request document files or other items.
I have a Toshiba Tecra A9 and I like it.

You have both 5224 and 5340 sets. Is this only a problem on the 5340 sets? If so, try going through the set:
Press Applications
Press Settings
go to page 2
press Message key config
press call voicemail
press save

What type of system are you running?
Are you sure that the Conference Call access code is *4?
Have you checked the Class of Service for that set? The option to allow may not be enabled.

If you do a menu node and then transfer mailboxes, it will work, BUT you will be consuming voicemail licenses. ACD path will not be using licenses. Win Win!

I would suggest that you check with Mitel and see if there is another VAR in your area that can service you. There is a Mitel "Presence" on this forum that may provide you with a specific course of action.

The system speedcall pause is only used when you insert a P character into the actual number field.
Interdigit timer is the one you want.

To your new question of both ICPs being the same release - No, it is not imperative that they are the same, I have had different releases working. But, there is no real reason not to have both on the same release. That being said, DO NOT expect that the other system will be upgraded as part of...
Hey everyone,
I have a 3300 CX with two T1/E1 combo cards. The first card has a working PRI on it, full 23B+D. The customer got a second, partial PRI, 10B+D. The Telco says that the 2nd PRI is for overflow and a BACKUP D channel. I can't find anywhere in the 3300 system admin tool to...
Lundah has it right. Also, if you did use the workaround and had the 2nd line monitored, I'm pretty sure you would need another ME license.

This solution will no doubt cancel any warranty on the set, but I have gone so far as to solder wires on to the speaker leads inside the set and then run that a mini paging amp with speaker attached. Haven't done it on a Mitel set, but I don't see why it wouldn't be the same.
Just remember...
But the system prompt does not say to press "ALT"...
snicker, snicker, snicker.

I would suggest posting this question in the Mitel Forum.
Forums -> Wiring Closet -> Phone Systems -> Mitel Networks
I do work on Mitel's but I have not heard for sure if there is anything that will help you.
Is the teleworker on a different subnet than the 3300ICP?
If so, the problem is most likely in your teleworker server/6000MAS. Add the subnet of the 3300 to the Local Networks.
