We just put in a brand new 200 IP System
My phone vendor is saying that he cannot pass outgoing callerID on the system. We have a PRI line and phone compnay will pass multiple outgoing CallerID for the DID's we have. He says there is no place in the system where you can specify an outbound CallerID, so Phone company receive no callerID and passes the billing number as callerid.
Also he is saying that he can only configure the system with a 192.168.xx.xxx address and not the range we need to use 10.xxx.xxx.xxx. Is it True? He saying we need to upgrade to 3300 series so we can two IP addresses on the interface.
