Thanks for the info guys.
We've just replaced the BFT, relocate the MSC cards from the old BFT to the new, powered up the system (it took about 30 minutes and couple of automatic restarts to be able to logon to the system), restored from most recent backup and the system seems to be working...
Thanks snowman,
I think I'll get that BFT to give it a try. I don't think I have many alternatives left. From what I've read and tried I can't think of other solution.

Ivo
Hi snowman,
We don't have voicemail or IP telephony. All we have are T7316E digital phones, DECTs and two PRIs. Everything seems to work fine but as I mentioned we don't have system access through EM or network connectivity whatsoever.
Today we did the following:
- Removed the Hard Drive and...
Hi all,
I have a BCM400 4.0 system which is acting strangely i.e. all the LEDS except the Power and HDD are blinking green. Power LED is solid green and HDD is just showing kind of normal activity meaning it's not constantly blinking nor it's turned off.
From what I've read I suspect that the...
Hi guys,
I have a BCM400 system in-house and I'm facing some challenges to configure outbound call routing rules but because of my limited knowledge about BCM it would be great if you could point me how to fulfill this task.
At the moment I have one active ISDN PRI trunk with local telco...
Hi All,
Does anybody knows if we could use "Pause" option when using "Digit Conversion Table"?
I have a situation where the customer is using some low-cost VoIP provider that got local number we need to dial and then it provides a dial tone from their system.
In example, I'm configuring one...
Hi donbru01,
You can download PC Admin software from the attachment below. Depends on the ipLDK300 current SW release you might need a newer version in order to access new functions. If so, contact me for a newer version.

Hi Chamvari,
The process is simple as registering the LIP-8002 SIM phone.
On the LIK side:
1. Setup the Station User Login (PGM 443) with ID, Password and desired number (this should be the station number)
On the ACT50 side:
1. In the network configuration setup IP addr, net mask and GW.
2...
Hi Chamvari,
In the SIP user ID table, you should include credentials from the ISP i.e.
1. Registration User ID
2. Authentication User ID (Usually same as registration user ID)
3. Authentication Password
In the contact number field, if the ISP provided you a user ID then select User ID here...
Hi Chamvari,
Pls check PGM 160 flex 9 "Incoming/Outgoing Mode" -> It should be set to "Both".
Also does your SIP lines are defined as Normal or DID? If it's DID you need to configure "Digit Conversion Table" for incoming calls. If in normal mode all calls would be routed as set in Ring...
Hi qldlgtech,
Is your MFIM Phase 5.0 or 5.5? If 5.0 SIP server is the address of the VOIM gateway.
If 5.5 the SIP server should be the MFIM IP address. Also for 5.5 you need to remove "sip:" from the address and provide password for the registration.
Also is the ACT50 in your local network or...

Hi guys,
I have one older ipLDK300 system which I'm due to install, but the request is little unusual because of the distances between the PBX (SLIB2E boards) and the actual analog phones.
It require the phones to be separated from the PBX around 1.500 meters (1.5km). The specification says if...
Thanks Doktor :)
Even though this is an IT forum where we are supposed to discuss technical matters mostly, I thought it would be a good idea to make a point how things are really going in the real marketing and sales world which has direct influence on us too.
We are working in a very dynamic...
Chamvari, it is a good question!
I can not but admit that I've been asking myself the same question when I was first introduced with iPECS-MG. My question was pretty much the same. When you are introducing a new portfolio of products and it's up to replace an old one, at least you could do is...
