Couldn't a service like www.no-ip.com work in place of your dynamic IP address?
I have a dynamcic IP and am currently running a W2K advanced server which has web, ftp, and terminal services running. www.no-ip.com gives me the function of just using mithrilhall.no-ip.com in place of my IP...

I personally like AMD better but that's just my opinion.
I like the fact that Intel is around and I'm sure those people that LOVE Intel appreciate AMD being around because if either company were not around the price of CPUs would be much higher...
I know that AMD is working on a new x86-64 architecture that will be backward compatibile.
I've heard that Intel is working on a 64bit architecture as well but it won't be backward compatible. ====================================

Then would I type 62.xxx.xxx.xxx:8000 to get to my web server?
Yes, but if you sign up with a free dynamic dns service they also provide port forwarding for free (www.no-ip.com).
If you type http://62.xxx.xxx.xxx in your browser from any of your computers can they view the webpage...
I just thought about what I wrote and it makes no sense! Lol....see...I told you. ====================================

I know using a stored procedure would be a better idea but couldn't you just create the page and use a META refresh tag that refreshes the page every day?
It's 4:43 am and I've been up all night studying for a test so forgive me if I make no sense. ====================================

Are both W2K computers connected to the linksys befsr41 router?
What exactly is the Cisco 675, a firewall?
[Is this it? Cisco 675 — SOHO/Telecommuter ADSL Router]
Can you access the Web Server with http://localhost ? This will just let you know if it's running.
