Yes you are correct, thankfully I have it ars ana routing out another trunk that isn't utilized for our incoming call center. So it is tying up two channels but not on the same important trunk. I'm in the process now of ordering another PRI to add to the two incoming ones at our Call Center...
Hopefully I can explain this clearly:
We have 2 combined DS1/PRI's that our main call center number (DID) comes in on. In the vector menu, I have a step where pressing 1 routes the call to an outside number (Third Party Vendor) that handles our Bill pay. This however ties up one of the 46 PRI...
Yes, I am getting the "Your one-x mobile app has been replaced" message. It is annoying, but I have the user select Ignore. We can't use comminicator as of yet because my CM is Aura 5.2 and I thought I read that communicator requires Aura 6.2. We are moving toward that in a few months so I...
Hello everyone,
I recently started using the avaya one-x mobile app for android and was searching around for a onexec500.txt file template. I searched here and couldn't find one, so I figured I'd post the one that I cut and pasted out of the Administering Avaya one-x mobile document, if anyone...
I just did a little bit of research and see that a lot of people are pretty happy with TAPIT EX for their call accounting solution. They might be a bit cheaper that eCAS. You can find their products at http://www.trisys.com/products.htm . I have no familiarity with their products but see a...
I use eCAS from a company called Veramark to capture, store, and run reports on the CDR information. I don't remember the cost, but it is very user friendly and easy to set up. There are other companies that might provide a cheaper solution but I only have experience with eCAS.
Do you have any type of CDR (call detail record) server in place? This would be able to give you the information you need. CMS will only give you aggregate information.
did you enable filexfer on the C-Lan board. There are step by step procedures under the FAQ's. http://www.tek-tips.com/faqs.cfm?fid=5977http://www.tek-tips.com/faqs.cfm?fid=5977
RONA settings won't be in the vector. You have to check on page two of the display hunt-group that corresponds to the skill. RONA would be a separate VDN and Vector in your system.
Just as inerguard says, if you are using skills based routing. Another thing to consider is you could set a redirect on no answer vdn and vector for extension 1200 on the original hunt group page 2.
How about allowing that person to have remote desktop or PC anywhere access to the MAS. Then they can access the caller application through a laptop or other computer.
Try this, it worked for me.
With command "change uniform 4567" ,tab to the insert digits and put 555, or some other dummy 3 digit number not used in your dial plan. For the net field put in ars. Then use the command "change ars digit 555 (or whatever numbers you used on the uniform dial plan...
Internally this can be done using COR's. Put the WEBS extension into a separate COR and then Limit access to that COR to only the select extensions that you choose (configured on pages 3 to 22 on Change COR form). Externally you can restrict access to this extension using a vector that either...
What it means by "zero is the least restrictive for a route pattern FRL" is that any FRL from zero to seven can go out over a route pattern with a zero FRL. Only an FRL of seven can go out over a route pattern with an FRL of seven. So therefore a route pattern with an FRL of zero is less...
On the change announcements screen, try changing the Q field to b (for Barge in), this way the caller will be connected to the music at any point, not just at the beginning each time.
This is how I do it on eCas version 3.1.071.4c.
Click on Create/Run reports, then choose Call Search report. For date criteria, put in the dates and times you want to search. Then under Call Record criteria enter the extensions you want information on in the Extension Used box, you can enter...
PGN 1 and 2 are tenant partitions
For p1, or partition route index 1, the stations that are in Partition Group Number(PGN)or tenant partition 1 are following route pattern 1. The stations that are in Partition Group Number(PGN) or tenant partition 2 are following route pattern 11.
For p2, the...
If you answer the call on the cell phone then you are using the cell minutes. If you answer the call on the desk phone then no cell minutes are used. If you start the call on the cell phone and then pick it up on the desk phone the cell minutes stop getting used once you press end on the cell...
