Programmed user rights with buttons and now the users that are in that user rights membership the buttons are not showing on the phones plus not showing in the users buttons?
Like curley said if lines are assigned to app&ring on recepts phone they can't they need to be app only. The AA lines need to either be at Zero rings or 2 for Call Id to come thru. If AA is at zero rings than the recepts lines can be app&ring but when call comes in you will get half a ring...

The receptionist uses the F986 VM transfer the AA just try's to call a phone not MB. For dialing on AA to a MB the caller needs to add a star before the MB#. *302 then it will go directly to the MB.
Yes you can press any CCR option before it tells you to press it.
I have a Norstar at home with 2 lines and I get a second CLID while on a call for a couple seconds but I have appear and ring and no AA.
You can add I think 2 alternate extension for that mailbox that will turn message notification the only thing is they can not already have a MB assigned to it. One MB to a phone.
