VM is target based so because your call has hit Main group first when it goes to VM it will always start there.
Unless.........you put a virtual user 220 in the night group and forward that user unconditionally to a short code
500 "#Extn220" 0 vmcollect
This short code would...
You can get a Konftel conference unit that plugs into the headset port of a 54xx or 56xx handset so you could have the phone in the meeting room with one of those hanging off it.
With user variables you would only really be able to forward to two numbers because the test user variable action only has the option to return a true or false response. It would work if you wanted to swap between two numbers but any more and it wouldnt really be feasable as i understand it.
There is a tick box in system telephony for inhibit off switch calls, this stops calls being diverted off switch.
If you are using alog trunks there is a setting in the trunks for allow forwarding. If this isnt ticked it will stop it.
If it is a hunt group call you are trying to forward you...

What version is on the IPO and what manager version are you running?
If you look in your manager directory you should have a file called bin.cfg. It looks like a normal config file.

3.0.40 is now considered to be pants and i think you need to be looking at...
I have had this numerous times on our test rig. Because we upgrade and downgrade so many times on a daily basis we get it more than your average system will.
An AT-X2,X3 and X with a return to ops sw with a bootp entry will cure it.
As i suspected.
These phones can be downgraded. I have just done it four times. My 4602 was at 2_3.bin. I have downgraded it to 1_82.bin and then 1_81.bin and then back up to 2_3 which is the latest with 3.1 56.
If you type hold view (8439) on the phone and scroll through the settings you...
