Blocking outgoing calls

There is no real way to acheive this by dialling short codes on an ext to activate call barring that i can see.
You would really need to invoke this within system prog using the manager tool. Either by applying a user restriction or ticking outgoing call bar on the user.

You could try logging the extn off when you wish calls to be bared. by default this would block all og calls but still enable internal calls to be made.
if greater refinement is required you cold log the extn on as a different (restricted) usere when the call baring needs to be in place.
the Softconsol application also has the option to bar outgoing calls on a user by user basis.
