could any one PLEASE help me with this problem that I am getting on the following Avaya IP office 406 ver2 ,
all the unconditional diverts not redirecting of switch .... I would appreciate help asap
There is a tick box in system telephony for inhibit off switch calls, this stops calls being diverted off switch.
If you are using alog trunks there is a setting in the trunks for allow forwarding. If this isnt ticked it will stop it.
If it is a hunt group call you are trying to forward you can only forward calls from groups that are set to rotary or hunt. Also you need to tick forward hunt group calls if this is the scenario.
