Handset Lifters

Surely I am not the only one with the issue of the handset lifter not staying on the 4400 series phone, right? Has anyone came up with something that works well to keep that on, short of Super Glue? Velcro isn't even working for this customer. Any insight is appreciated. TIA.
 
Melmac, those lifters are always a problem, maybe not right away but eventually they start causing trouble.

I prefer to use "headset" and "drop" buttons on the 44xx series phones as a way to stay clear of anything like that.
 
Yeah, I agree. But when you do that you lose the ability to answer and hang up remotely, which is causing my delimna here. :(
 
I see your point, I guess you're back to using a Hilti Gun for a more permanent solution
 
If the surface is slightly concave or convex use the foam tape product so it can shape to the surface.
