3.1 (56) Dial 0 for receptionist no longer works 1

Before we upgraded from 3.1 (48) to 3.1 (56) users could simply press 0 on any phone to be connected to our receptionist. After the upgrade pressing 0 has no effect. Dialing 0 while in the voicemail system still works to get to the receptionist.

My current setup has this programed under shortcodes:

Shortcode 0
Tele number 3110 (this is our receptionist)
Line group ID 10
Feature Dial

In a previous thread someone explained in detail how to create a hunt group to replace the "0" short code. Nowhere to be found now that I really need it.

Try changing the feature on your shortcode from "Dial" to "DialExtn". Should work

It does work, ive just tried it.

Your feature needs to be set to dialextn insteda of just dial!
