Maybe the router is giving his pc the address.Do you have a network programer on your pc,They work good,just place your ip address range and enter it and you will see all pc's

You may a bad BFT OR MSC card they had some out there.You can back up ot your e drive on the bcm. If you replace the bft and the msc you just need the tele back up and you can do this to the e driv fast and easy

ACE and JUSTATECH are right start at that number given let the wizard set it up then go back and change the dns,Thats why i always number my blocks with the port numbers,Just in case of a set relocation is on or you change dns,It works but a pain....

Long as the system seems to have corrupt data i would place all mods in right place and then power up ini the unit and start over,sounds like a pain but once the currupt is there thats the only way to rid your self if this...

set relocate is easy then turn it of after words or your wiring will be a mess or it wont match your records...

senk1 is right 1for rooms 1-8 then ccr says for john press 1=ext221 2for bill=ext 222 and 3for cindy- ext 223. at main 2for rooms 9 to 18 then 1 for rm 9= ext 230 and so on....
