no ringing service when AA is activated

When the AA is off the afternoon ringing service goes to 3 dn's, and night to 2 dn's, but with AA on during service times pushing 0 to get receptionist which should go to other dn's only rings to the receptionist dn. This tells me I missed a setting in the AA. I looked through the wonderfull manual they provide, but as you all know it does not tell us everything.Can anyone tell me what I spaced past during a senior moment? Thanks, John
 
Go to AA/TABLE/1 and NEXT or OK untill you see Atdnt:221 and change it to where you want.
Sounds like you need a Hunt Group set up if you want more than one reception setup.


 
Thanks, I'll try. Maybe I need to explain better.
From 8am-12pm we have the receptionist(810) answering the calls from AA press 0.12pm-4pm afternoon service dn's 816,824, 825 share the calls . Night service 4pm-8am dn's 314, 610 share the calls.
We want all calls to go thru the AA first at all times.
My thought was when they push 0 the call is not treated as an incoming call, thus the recept.(810 control set) is treated as an internal transfer so the ringing service isn't sending the call to the other dn's. Now, how to trick the system?
Can I forward the calls to a different ringing group at different times automatically?
The ringing service works perfectly when the AA is off.
 
I solved my problem by turning off the services and just having the receptionist forward to a dn 12-4pm, then forward to another dn 4pm-8am. The only problem is only forwarding to 1 dn, they are not always by the phone or are very busy with thier normal work, which is why I still need another solution.
It's working for now, but any help would be appreciated.
