Does anyone know how to add the gateway address and the IKE PSK to the 96xxvpn.txt file?

I have a new install that the customer has several different VLANs a mixture of 9650, 9640, 9630 and 9620 phones. The voip VLAN is 401
The data subnet is xxx.xxx.166.xxx
The IP 500 Ver 6.1.5 is on a server subnet xxx.xxx.161.xxx
the phones are on a subnet xxx.xxx.163.xxx using dhcp.

I have moved up to a new laptop and yes it is running the Windows Vista OS. Things are working well, but when i log onto a customers system i have to know the specific ip address of the shitch in order to connect to it. with xp I could have 255.255.255.255 in the discovery box and it would find...
So Far this is just raising more questions i am really starting to feel this is an avaya issue. Everything is correct, licenses are valid. services are running... it just stops... i go in and stop vm service and restart DB service then restart vm service and eveything is happy... i started this...

I have seen this before, but i still have not seen a good solution. Voice mail just stops working... Manager ver is 4.1(9) and VM Pro Ver is 4.1(27). I checked services and they both are running. i have set the services to restart on failure and it still just stops.... I can't find any reason...
After trying everyone suggestions (thanks to all of you) finally got the carrier to switch to 5ESS and everything worked great. Avaya has also let me know that there is an issue with Global Crossings Sonus soft switch. So be careful upgrading if Gloal Crossing is the Carrier
Incoming Calls are fine... Local calls are fine

Ok Y'All After an eleven hour upgrade from 3.2(54) to 4.1(12) Back to 3.2(54)... I have learned that a PRI Configured to NI2 will need to be reconfigured to 5ESS. So Be Careful upgrading !!!! After switching back to 3.2...
