Is there any information on connecting a Fax Server to the IP Office, DTMF is not passing to the Fax Server.

what type of fax server and what type of connection. if it is analog then maybe you need to set the ports to something like DTMFF.

You also need to have the DIDs forwarded to the Fax server group. Go to multitech and see how they do it with a FM220.

be sure that under the extension tab in you fax finders extension you have caller display type set to DTMFF

Ok Start with setting Extension caller id type to DTMFF of faxServer IST ports. Create hunt group with faxserver IST users as members. Create users for Fax extensions, easiest to use DID's as ext numbers. Fwd users fax extensions unconditionally to Fax hunt group. Asign DID's to fax user extensions in incomming call route. Associate user fax numbers with user in fax server and it should work. Call rings into user that is forwarded to hunt group with fax ports as members (sequential or linear). After one of the fax ports answers the system sends CID of forwarded fax user ext via DTMF. As long as the fax server is set to use DTMF it should work.
