Only the public folders are either very slow or when clicked on it locks up Outlook and you need to do a CTL ALT DLT to get out of it. Everything else seems to be fine but I have notice a small delay in e-mails, five minutes or so. Has anyone ever seen anything like this?

On every single printer on the AS400 for the reply to the messages for printing the system is automatically entering an "H" for Hold, and when you try to release it goes right back to Hold, no one can print because of this. What could possibly be the reason for that?????

Thanks everyone for you help. We found the issue. Fixed it and it works. In the AS400 Security Codes. The users who experienced duplicate numbers had security codes under their user name in two companies. Once we deleted all profiles and security codes and redid just one everything worked...

As an update: I ran the query in three different universes and it doubles everything in all. I ran it on different machinces and it doubles everyting on each also.

No that is what is strange there are no other data providers. What is more interesting is that it doesn't happen in every Universe. Just this one universe. It is certainly a mystery.

I had the same issue. I now always go into scanmail management console and hit apply it then always seems to work. If apply is not availble to click, I just select something then unselect it then hit apply. This has always worked for me for some reason.
