Octel 250. I am trying to get the full caller-id to be placed in the message envelope. Software is 3.11, PBX is Avaya, Integration is Digital FLT-A. CDR shows the 10 digit number is being sent from the PBX. Any ideas? Thanks, Bill

Are you using an Aria system? If you are using an Octel 200/300 Seranade you can use the LR8 command at the @ prompt for a list of mailboxes with dates.

Also, If you are using Procomm, you can check "disable host printing" in the system options on whatever terminal type you are using. Then filter the capture file output into a Excel .csv file and run a delete file with an Aspect script. Aspect is resident in Procomm.

What application are you trying to use the SL-81 for? What kind of NOC application? I have spent quite a bit of time with Omnitronix. I would like more information. Have you called Omnitronix? Their help desk is good. Bill
