In Meridian Mail, it's easy to clean out old mailboxes by searching for old "last login dates". Can any one tell me how this is done in the Octel system. I haven't been able to find that search parameter.

Thanks

I don't think it's possible in the Aria. I don't remember seeing any iformation about it when I was using one last year.

the only thing you can do is run online CDR and look for
***** 07 DEC 05 12:00:56AM
MSGCNT:(MESSAGE COUNT)
Port: 11J When: Entry Box: xxxxxx
Unheard Voice: 9 Heard Voice: 0 Archived Voice: 17
Unheard Fax: 0 Heard Fax: 0 Archived Fax: 0

you can set the CDR to just show this event and this is an entry to the mailbox. It may not help as the CDR may not hold more that a few weeks or days if it is a big system.

Are you using an Aria system? If you are using an Octel 200/300 Seranade you can use the LR8 command at the @ prompt for a list of mailboxes with dates.
