We have a customer experiencing one-way audio on incoming calls. They can hear the caller, but the caller can't hear them, at all. It happens at least a few times everyday to various users. They have:

We did this using PRI cards with the two systems sided by side. If you have at least two copper pairs between sites, or you plan on using IP sets across the fiber, this would certainly be an option.
We haven't installed any IPO's using the Partner version, but I understand you can program from the sets. If you're already familiar with programming a Partner system, that may be the way to go.
