IP500v2, all latest 7.0 Q3 versions.

We have CCR, vmpro, and ContactStore on a single server. 2008 64bit.

We can access the browser interface from within the server using
If we attempt to access it from any workstation on the LAN, it times out. We've tried using SSL, with the same result. We've gone through the browser security settings on the workstations; allowing ActiveX controls, disabling protected mode, etc.

We've run the latest firewall script to open ports and disabled the firewall temporarily on the server, with no luck.

We can access the browser interface for CCR without problems.

Any ideas?

Not sure those apps are all happy on the same server, you should run virtual servers and up the RAM :)

Not happy with Avaya ATM....

Recordings work fine, system resources are good, just no browser access outside the server. :-(

Check the IIS websettings.
Go to the dewfault webpages and look what port is set for contact store.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Go to the windows firewall and add port 8888 to allow connections and this will fix your problem.

The Avaya FW bat file seems bugged... even the updated one. You can see it scroll by and say the ContactStore isn't installed, and you just finished installing it.

Allow incoming connections for port 8888 and it will work.
