I run both PM and Soft Console and don't experience any problems. Also I can open Soft Console without first starting PM and it's okay (versions 2.0.13 and 2.0.8). How is the receptionist dealing with breaks, by using No Calls?
So is it the Receptionist that is having this problem or the users who log in to cover her? Are the people who log in to cover her in other groups before and while they cover reception?

Just using DND would still leave the call queueing. Another option here would be to have the last user in the huntgroup set to a fictitous user, which forwards unconditionally (and huntgroup calls) to the other huntgroup. This would then go through each user, but wouldn't matter if they're on...

I can confirm, we had a 'memory leak' type problem with 16. Same as you TSGG, Deltaserver memory use just increasing until the machine hung. It was resolved when we installed 22.
This is so an operator can have a hands-free set plugged into the phone. It disables the button that is depressed by setting the handset into it's holder. This is used when the operator wishes to answer the phone etc via Phone Manager.
