Multi ACD would be good so that reports can be done on the indavidual ACD. The Report levels would be
ACD
Dept
Agent/Extension.
And can you logg IP agents and Extensions.
If you search for call logger and follow the trail everything is in here, to collect the data from your switch CDR port.
I have just done this and found some very helpful pointers and people and i am well on the way to creating a SQL based logger collecting from multiple definity's via IP

I have IP Phones various 4630,4620 over broadband and when presented with IVR menu prompt's can't select as they do not send tones.
They can dial out no problem.
You can change the AAR digit conversion so to delete the digits of the old and insert the new extension then she would only require the single Vmail box you can also do this on the Trunk form.
When you unzipped the files it leaves some files in subfolders bring everything to one level.
This worked on my 4630 IP phoneswith a similar problem.
the later revision of phones don't have the problem

in 10 years i have had zero unplanned down time.
