We have Screen logger 8.8 and there is new requiremnt to record long sessions of screen activities. Just wanted to know how much space will 1 hour or 1 min of data takes up on screen logger.

Can anybody guide me how to logout an agent ID in EAS environment remotely. Suppose you are the administrator and you want to logout an agent from a station from your desk without going to to agents phone. Is it possible to do so??
You can use of the vdn override feature of the vdn.
The vdn which transfer the call transfer its name also if
vdn override is set to no. If its set to yes the current vdn name will be displayed.

You can use the Take back feature provided by AT&T (I don't
know whether MCI have it). It will put the first call on hold in the network cloud and give the CSR another dial tone to dial. This transfer will take only one channel and CSR can hangup inbetween the call.

I have an issue with my map40 intuity audix m.o drive.
2 drives has gone faulty ie they donot read the disk content
nor do their eject button works.the disk size is 1.3 gb
Disk is og GIGAMO make.
Can anyone tell its part code or a way to stop this happening.
Just compare the station settings of 2 callmasters.
The different parameter (most likely on 1st or 2nd page)

"Collect digits" don't work in the lower version systems with no call classifier.
