Maybe I just need a new set of eyes looking at this.
Here goes.

01- wait-time 0 secs hearing silence
02- collect 3 digits after announcement 3604
03- route-to digits with coverage y

It will not rout to extension 532 but it will to extension 515. I don't get it. Coverage paths are the same for both. Any thoughts?

Check the COR of the VDN using this vector and also the COR of the extension that you cant reach. Ensure that #532 and #515 have the same COR and that the COR for the VDN doesnt disallow connection. John

Thanks for the response, but COR's are the same for all. VDN and extensions. Any other thoughts?

Just a stab in the dark, but the vector step should have cov = n unless you have something in your vector for coverage on this line.

Other than that change, I don't have the foggiest why it's not routing. Is 532 a station, hunt group, FAC, etc?

532 is a station. When I do a list usage, it is not assigned to anything else.

Check if you have a call classifier card in ur system.
"Collect digits" don't work in the lower version systems with no call classifier.
Check for any shortage of DTMF resources by
"list measurements tone-receiver summary yesterday-peak"

Check your dial plan to see if there are 4 digit extensions in that range. The Definity will wait 3 seconds for any extra digits, and a vector will drop the call before the 3 sec time out.

I checked the measurements, here is what they look like:

Hour Meas Type Tot. Req Peak Req. All 0's-->
1700 DTMF 97 3
2300 GPTD 0 0
1700 CC-TTR 10 2
1700 CC-CPTR 57 3
2300 CC-MFCR 0 0

I must reiterate my ability to transfer to other stations.
It is a G3Vr switch.
Any further help would be greatly appreciated.

What exactly are you trying to do? Is this just 2 specific extensions or are you tyring to use it to get people to an autoattendant.

If you do a collect digits, then you have to tell it what digits to collect and what to do with those digits. You have to do a route to or goto that matches the input.

Are both station 532 and 515 installed stations with ports or are they x-ported stations?

Is there a mailbox built for them in Audix?

What happens if you dial both of these stations directly from your phone?

TeleBOYWONDER READ his first post! It has his vector and the correct steps in it.

You may want to replace your Call Class card to see if it is defective and is having trouble recognizing certain tones.

Kris

I think redphone may be on the right track. I would change the coverage to n in the vector step and then hit # after entering the 3 digits to see if it makes any difference. What was the coverage path for the station having the problem? To audix or another station or attendant? John
