I'm using several of these on CS 5.0, does anyone know if there is a way to change the soft keys on the phone?
I want to able to put a caller on hold without having to hit the Function (FCN) button to get to the Hold key.
Has anyone found a clean way to insert a Pause in a dial sting and have that set up as a DSC or SSC to be available to everyone?

This may be a little too far out but, I had a similar problem once and what was happening was the user added a headset to their 3905 and plugged it into the handset RJ on the back of the phone and then plugged the handset into the side of the phone. Both hand and head set worked at the same time...
3905's are made for Headsets but you can use a handset. Just plug the handset into the middle RJ (the headset one) on the back of the phone. You may have to press the Headset button on the front of the phone. You won't get dial tone from the ACD ext. that is for incoming only.

Is the Light working at all? To test it program a MIK and MCK keys on your switchroom phone. With your phone on-hook you can press the MIK key then dial 152 then pres the MIK key again and then the light on X152 should go on. You can use the MCK key to shut off the light.:-)

On the 3904 phone itself go into OPTIONS then arrow down to "Call Log Options" press select then arrow down to "new call Idication" and pres "off", then "Done" then Quit.
