When I have “Reporting “ and “Associated “ Supervisors set up for an agent or agents and the Supervisors log onto their respective desktops only the Reporting Super. can see the RTDisplays of their respective agents. The Associated Supervisor sees nothing. Both Assoc. and Reporting Supers have the same Access Class in their Desktop User Properties. I’m running SCCS 4.0.

Reporting vs Associated Supervisors

With the Classic Client, from the menu at the top of the real time display, click on View. A drop down menu should appear with choices to see associated, reporting or associated+reporting agents.
