I think it is short-sighted of Avaya to have a multi site system without an easy way of printing the directory. They have actually reduced this functionality by not showing all the scn users is SSA.
If you open all the configs using SCN discovery you can see a list of all users similar to SE...
just a thought but if using Visual voice, the users can change the email mode themselves. does it happen for everyone? or just a user? didn't read the whole thread.I had a similar issue and found a user was changing the mode.
Is it a security setting on the remote systems? Did Avaya take this away? Maybe this started in 9.0 I don't remember. Looking for a way to grab a list of all users and groups in an SCN without exporting from each system. Thanks.
So the name field always has the first 3 digits as the room and then there are other digits after that? If so are those digits changing with each call or are they always the same?
Well I don't see how blocking his caller ID could be a solution. If he is the only one who's caller ID is blocked then won't everyone know its him calling because they are receiving a call with ID that is blocked? The blocking identifies him.
create a shortcode that doesn't interfere with the dial plan for example extension are in 100s
create 3xxx/N/dial direct/0
change the buttons on BM12 to user
then press 3+the blf and you get what you want.

korexxkun you are running 9.1.2? do all of your phones have multiple call appearances? Does it show "on the phone" on the calling phone when the target has a call coming in on the second call appearance?
