they were using a SonicWall NSA3500 and everything was working fine and the upgraded the main location to an NSA 3600 and it crashed every SCN that was set up now no calls can be made by dialing 4digits across the network. Their IT guy claims all settings are the same but when i look at the H323 line in system status it shows the SCN up but Drops Down every 30secs-1min. Anyone have any idea what we could try?
Scratch that he added the Service by pass group to the App Control Advanced and that appears to have fixed it. I don’t think that I had to do that on the previous SW.
