    Hi, main issue is to limit number of participants in each conference. Even if 10 people knows the pin I only want 6 to be able to join the conference in sametime. Maybe it can't be done.

    Maybe the extensions are still there after you have removed the unit, remove the extensions then and reboot.

    Hi, if you enter address 192.168.xxx.xxx to a IP Office and ip mask 255.255.192.0 you get a warning, this is not a valid ip mask, should be 255.255.255.0. I know this is not a normal ip mask for that ip address but is should be allowed to do. There is a couple of strange issues if I enter this...

    Delta server has a copy of the config. You could copy that file.

    Have you restarted CCV after restarted Delta server? If you try to add an agent in CCV, does it list all agents? In Delta server, does it show all agents?

    Think it will say undefined if you change name in IP Office, then you will have to delete it from CCV and then put it back again

    V/m light and remote access on IPO 400?

    When using remote access and the IPO has DHCP set to dialin it gives the remote access it's own ip adress +1. If IPO has 192.168.42.1, then remote access will have 192.168.42.2. If voicemail lite pc have this ip address then this can happen.

    When you use fax you have to turn T.38 off in MP-112, IPO does not support T.38. When I use MP-112 I use ip trunks and for extensions I use ip-endpoint license Works for me

    Had this issue once when Phone manager was in autostart. Had to start it with a cmd-file located in autostart and that first command was to wait 30 s. Think there is a timeout issue, phone manager don't get an answer in time and therefor says unlicensed

    4621 setup

    Have seen this a few times, the * to program disapears. Never manage to figure out what happened and never solved the problem. Had to get a new phone. Try start a case with Avaya or send it back to them.
